For over 15 years, I have coached and facilitated groups with the purpose of creating more connection and growth in people’s lives. I especially love working with smart and soulful women on matters of the heart.

I coach and teach from personal experience and am highly transparent about what has and hasn’t worked for me when it comes to love. My personal journey went as follows:

When I was younger, I loved making friends and was completely fascinated by relationships, especially romantic. I had a few boyfriends but when I graduated from college, was hungry for a deeper understanding of how relational dynamics play out. I started taking classes and discovered that we are capable of making huge changes in our life and in fact, we are the only ones who can. I got a therapist, learned meditation, and moved into a crazy community house all about relationships. It was a wild and spiritually rich couple of years.

With a life coaching certification under my belt at age 23, I launched my business helping people with dating and sexuality. Most of my sessions were about “getting the guy” which I realize now, doesn’t necessarily make you that happy!

I got a guy, got engaged, and fell into a deeply codependent relationship that crushed my spirit. I bravely broke it off and my life and work shifted it’s focus to understanding unhealthy relationship patterns, attachment, childhood wounds, and how to heal oneself. My healing was deeply supported by neuro-linguistic programming, shamanic work, a year of sobriety, and reinventing my faith from childhood Catholicism to a more earthy, modern, mystical spirituality of my own. My life became magical and I vowed to not lose myself in relationship again.

Now, I live in Colorado with my wonderful husband and beloved canines, who all support me unconditionally in being my brightest self.

Everyone has their own path to the relationship life that they want, full of heartbreak and magic. It’s not always easy and for those times, I hope that my videos make you laugh and my coaching is a light in uncertain times.
